Classic Croque-monsieur! This is a new favorite of ours and I love making them. I think it’s the most elegant sandwich.

I love late winter salads with goat cheese, dried cranberries, pecans, peppers and whatever veggies look best. This is my little foldout two-person dining table by the way. Small space living at its finest!
